  • Go for a classic and have gazpacho. Combine 1 kilo of tomatoes, 1 or 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 2 green peppers, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and salt. Enjoy it by itself, without bread.

Afternoon snack: Smoothie - combine 1 celery stick, ½ of a cucumber, a handful of parsley, 1 carrot and the juice of 3 lemons. Add 1 litre of water and blend.

Light tea:

  • Oven-baked hake fish with mushy peas. Combine 200 g of sauteed peas with 1 chopped onion, a clove of garlic, some parsley and a pinch of paprika.
  • A light omelette with sliced tomato, 6-8 asparagus spears, some oil and salt.
