Week 2 of the Total Transformation Challenge - Workout Plan

First week preparations are behind you and you're ready for your first set of workouts. 

Before you is a 20-minute whole body training (medium intensity) that includes:

2 minutes of warm-up

2 sets with 7 exercises (45 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest):

  • Push-ups
  • Dips
  • Squats with leg lifts
  • Lunges
  • Heel touches
  • Crunches
  • Bicycle

2 minutes of cooling down
