What do I get with this challenge?

The 28-day challenge contains a comprehensive weight-loss guide with tips and a 28-day meal plan, so you can easily create a healthy lifestyle while losing some weight.

It includes daily meal plans so you can eat optimally without counting calories or restricting your food intake. It also leaves room for eating out and those special treats and occasions. It includes grocery shopping lists too.

We’ve also added a workout plan. We would really like you get the visible results you’re after within this time. We know it takes time to transform your body and working out will speed things along. Combine the power of workouts with eating the right foods using THIS GUIDE, and get time on your side.

How much weight will I lose during the challenge?

To be honest, we don’t have an answer to that because it’s different for everyone.

You’ll most likely start to notice your body changing within a couple of weeks. You’ll notice you’re feeling stronger and your clothes might fit differently (even without a lot of weight loss - this means your body composition is changing).

You will be going down in centimetres and dress sizes as the challenge progresses and you stick with the workouts. Challengers who use the meal plan along the workouts have noticeably faster progress.

How will I know I'm on the right track? 

To really see the changes your body will go through as you complete the challenge, you should definitely take progress pictures every week, and not rely just on the scale.

In fact, we suggest not stepping on the scale at all during the challenge. Using your clothes and your pictures as a way to track progress is the best way to go about it. You will see amazing changes when you stick to the plan!

Why is working out important?

Exercise makes you feel amazing – more energy and better sleep are some pleasant side effects of regular exercise. But you simply cannot out-train a bad diet – which is why it’s so important to have the right combination of nutrients, and learn how to plan your meals yourself so you can make it a lasting lifestyle.
